When an engine has a spun bearing, a cracked block or just too many miles, an engine swap can be the most cost-effective way to keep a vehicle you otherwise like on the road. We handle swaps on cars, trucks and SUVs.

What’s included
- Pulling the old engine and inspecting mounts, hoses and the transmission connection
- Direct-replacement, same-family and custom swaps
- Moving over or replacing sensors, intake and accessories, plus new seals and gaskets where they should be new
- Wiring, computer programming or tuning when the swap needs it
- Startup, leak and code checks, and a road test
Swap or repair?
If the damage is limited to the top end (head gaskets, timing components, lifters or AFM/DOD failures), repairing the original engine is often cheaper. If the bottom end is damaged or the mileage is very high, a swap is usually the better value. We’ll tell you which way we’d go and why.
